What exactly is a Crew?
A Crew is a shared workspace that links multiple pages — artists, promoters, venues — under a single Studio subscription. Everyone in the Crew shares the same storage pool, team roster, and billing. It's Sway's model for multi-entity management.
How many clients can I manage in one Crew?
Studio includes 5 pages and supports up to 8 with an add-on of +€12 per extra page per month. If you need more, the Roster plan removes all page limits.
Can my clients manage their own pages independently?
Yes. You can assign each client owner or manager access to their own page without giving them access to the rest of the Crew. They can run their events, send emails, and check analytics on their page — while you keep full visibility from the Crew level.
What if I need more than 8 pages?
The Roster plan gives you unlimited pages with no caps on storage, team members, or email volume. It's designed for major agencies and labels managing large rosters. Contact us for a custom quote.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get full Studio access for 7 days with no credit card required upfront. At the end of the trial, you decide whether to subscribe. If not, your Crew pages revert to the Basic plan — nothing is deleted.
