What does Sway charge per order?
€0.50 + 6% per order is added on top of the checkout total — charged to the buyer, not you. You receive exactly what you set. Free events have zero fees.
How quickly do I get paid?
Every sale goes directly to your Stripe Connect account. There's no intermediary holding your money — payouts follow Stripe's standard schedule from your very first sale.
Can I offer different ticket types?
Yes. Create as many tiers as you need — early bird, general admission, VIP, guest list, BNPL. Each tier has its own price, quantity cap, and visibility settings.
What happens to unsold tickets if I cancel?
Sway provides tools to issue refunds directly from your dashboard. Buyers are notified automatically, and refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
Is there a limit on how many events I can create?
No. All Sway plans include unlimited events. Create as many events as you need — there's no per-event fee or event cap at any plan level.
