Sutemi

A DJ for over 20 years, Sutemi's journey is mixed with the history of Brazilian electronic music. He started playing Drum'n'Bass on vinyl in 2001, but his real passion for Dark Psy and Forest emerged in 2003, making him a pioneer in these genres in Brazil. His presentation is like a box of surprises, full of psychedelic stories and in-depth research, creating atmospheres that envelop the dance floor in energy and trance. Sutemi takes each situation into account in a unique way, making each set a peculiar and engaging experience. He has released compilations on Tremors Underground and Forestdelic and is now part of the selective casting of artists on Parvati Records.
As well as being a DJ, Sutemi has played a key role in the artistic curation of many festivals around the country, always bringing international artists who are pillars of the global underground scene. Currently, he is also focused on running Warm Bookings, his agency, continuing to influence and shape the Brazilian music scene. Sutemi was definitely one of the main catalysts for the fast spread of these genres in Brazil, leaving a lasting legacy on the national electronic scene.
