Workforce

Workforce is an electronic band from Boston that mixes up many styles from the electro world such as Techno, Electronica, EBM, Industrial, Acid House, and Synth Pop. Formed in 1988 from the ashes of Doppler Effect (83-87), another electronic Boston band that went through many changes, although James Straight and sound engineer Bill Salkin have been involved since the beginning. . After releasing two albums of all original material, One Eye On the World, One Eye On the Clock (1989) and Come Out ! (1996)we moved into a period of reassessment and then slowly begun doing some soundtrack work for a few Independent films to get the creative juices going again. After performing live for the first time in many years in 2010 we have been busy writing and recording a new album of original material to be released some time in the future.
