Brussels acid heads unite.
For this November edition, Acid City takes over Café Central with four artists shaping the city’s underground sound. A deep dive into hypnotic grooves, raw machines and dancefloor energy — from breakbeat to Detroit techno, through house and acid frequencies.

N-XII vs DJ Kneex (Dewane Collective)
N-XII is the new project of Nicolas H., also known as DJ Kneex, active on the electronic scene since the early 2000s.
He began with the Samplification collective, as a resident at the Music Stories, Jogging, and Vinyl Market nights at Café Central in Brussels. There, he shared the decks with artists such as Stelr, KRS, Kwak, Lefto, Red Ant, Mellow, and Bun Zero. He also appeared on the lineup of several Next events.
After a long break, he launched a new series of alternative parties with Dewane Collective. In this context, he played several after-parties as a DJ, performing alongside artists such as MadMadMad, Gum Takes Tooth, La Jungle, Acid Arab, Landrose, Spaghetta Orgasmond, Pizza Noise Mafia, and many others. He also performed at Rockerill, both at after-parties and during the skate contest of the Rockerill Festival 2025.
With N-XII, Nicolas opens a new chapter, developed either solo or as a duo. His influences range from alternative indie rock to soul, passing through funk and hip-hop. His sets explore house, breakbeat, and UK Garage, with a particular focus on bass music and groove.

The new alias of Nicolas H., better known as DJ Kneex, a key figure of Brussels’ electronic scene since the early 2000s. For this event, he will be sharing the decks with Nico Vortex, the other member of the N-XII project. Together, they deliver a live-minded set that blends house, UK garage, funk and breakbeat, with a strong bass-driven identity. Expect groove, energy, and a distinctive touch rooted in Brussels’ underground culture.

Gyfrax (Item Records)
Born and raised in Brussels, Gyfrax (formerly StyleAcitko) is a producer and DJ whose journey began in the early 2000s organizing underground techno parties. His sound merges aggressive techno, acid and industrial electro, with a rhythmic backbone of solid breakbeats. Expect intensity, precision and raw textures.

Benaway (Acid City)
A pillar of the Acid City collective, Benaway has been curating and spinning parties for over a decade, inviting icons like Traxx, Orgue Electronique, Snuff Crew or Neil Landstrumm. His sets are pure energy — a seamless blend of techno, electro and acid that hits both heart and feet.

Stel-R (Acid City)
A true veteran of the Belgian electronic scene, Stel-R has been crafting refined and powerful sets for more than 25 years. His style travels effortlessly from Detroit techno to electro and Chicago acid, always with a sense of depth and elegance. Regularly invited by promoters and festivals abroad, he’s shared the stage with legends like The Hacker, Legowelt, Ken Ishii, ADULT., and Egyptian Lover.
