Alja is an Ojibway Hip-Hop Artist born in Parry Sound, ON, Raised in Shawanaga First Nation, ON, and residing in North Bay, ON. He started writing and producing hip hop music at the age of 8. His deep and raw lyrics come from his troubled past growing up on the reservation of Shawanaga, and he uses his music to tell his life story and express his feelings through rhyme.
