Every month, one promoterwalks away with €500

Running events on a tight budget is the normal condition, not the exception. So every month Sway puts money back into one promoter's next event. Set your page up, sell your tickets with Sway, answer one question.

Free to enter. No purchase, no subscription, no bank details to hand over.

This month

No edition is open right now. The next one opens on the first of the month. Set your page up in the meantime and you can enter the day it opens.

It is judged, not drawn

There is no random selection anywhere in this contest, and there never will be. A jury reads every answer and scores it against criteria published with the question: is it relevant, is it concrete, is it clear, would another organiser learn something from it. The highest score wins.

That is a deliberate choice, not a flourish. Belgian law treats a prize decided by chance as a lottery even when entry is free, so a monthly draw would simply be unlawful. If two answers tie, a subsidiary question separates them. Never a coin toss.

How to enter

Four steps, and the first three are things you would do anyway to sell a ticket on Sway. The last one takes a minute.

  1. 01

    Create your promoter page

Your name, your logo, your events. Free, and yours to keep whether or not you enter.

  2. 02

Publish an event with Sway ticketing

At least one ticket type on sale to the public. The service fee is paid by the buyer, so the ticket price you set is the amount you receive.

  3. 03

    Connect Stripe

Selling tickets already requires it, and it is how the prize reaches you if you win. Sway never sees or stores your bank details.

  4. 04

    Answer the question in Backstage

A card appears on your Backstage home the moment you qualify. One question, 300 characters, plus the subsidiary question. That is the whole entry.

Who can enter

Checked when you enter, and checked again when entries close. The Backstage card tells you exactly what is still missing, with a link to the screen that fixes it.

  • You are 18 or over and your Sway account email is confirmed.
  • You own a promoter page on Sway.
  • That page has a published event selling tickets through Sway, with at least one public ticket type.
  • Its Stripe account is connected and able to take payments.
  • Your business is established in one of the countries listed for the edition. Sway staff and their households cannot enter.
