Once one of the most derelict industrial sites in the country. Now our first move up north.

Our Groningen debut lands at De Toekomst, a national monument tucked just outside the city. It sat empty for decades before restoration brought it back, keeping the original steam boilers, iron roof spans, and milling stones exactly where they were left.

You've seen the chimney from the highway for over a century. Now it's time to find out what's hiding inside.
