Zouglou

Zouglou is an Ivorian dance style of music, initially associated with the student movement for democratization in Côte d'Ivoire. The rhythm of percussion is the most distinct feature, together with the style of singing. Prominent groups associated with this type of music includes Magic System, Les Garagistes and Les Poussins Chocs.
