How much does Sway charge per order?
€0.50 + 5% per order is added on top of the buyer's checkout total — you receive exactly 100% of the price you set, with no deductions. There are no fees on free events.
Do I need a paid plan to start selling tickets?
No. The Basic plan is completely free and lets you create events and sell tickets immediately. Upgrade to Starter or Studio when you need advanced features like larger email quotas, priority support, or Crew access.
How do payouts work?
Every sale goes directly to your Stripe Connect account — there's no intermediary holding your money. You receive payouts on Stripe's standard schedule from your very first sale.
Can I manage my entire structure on Sway?
Yes, with a Crew. A Crew groups multiple pages — promoters, venues, artists — under a single account with shared storage and role-based permissions. It's a model unique to Sway; no competitor offers it.
What happens to my event data after the event ends?
Everything is kept: orders, attendee history, analytics. Past events stay on your page and help build credibility with new fans. Your data is yours — always accessible, never deleted.
