5. Create Your First Entity

If you are a promoter, artist or venue, you can create your own pages directly from the app:

  • Tap the + floating action button in the bottom-right corner of the screen, then choose from Artist, Promoter, Venue or Event.

See the Create section for detailed step-by-step guides.

Permissions & Roles

When you create an entity (artist, promoter, venue or event), you automatically become its Administrator. You can invite other users to manage the entity with different permission levels:

RoleCan viewCan editCan deleteCan manage team
Read-only
Manager
Admin
By default, permissions granted on a promoter are automatically shared with all events created by that promoter. This means any team member you add to a promoter will also have access to its events. To disable this behaviour, go to the promoter's edit menu → tap the shield icon to manage permissions → tap the gear icon and disable “Share Promoter Permissions”.
A more granular and customisable permissions system is currently in development and will be available in a future update.

See Manage Permissions for the full guide on inviting and managing team members.
