Mobile App
What the Sway mobile app does — how to get around it, buy and show tickets, and create or edit your pages from your phone.
The Sway mobile app is where you go out: find events near you, follow the artists, promoters and venues you care about, buy your ticket and show it at the door. You can also create and edit your own pages from the phone — the same pages the web app manages.
Selling tickets and being paid for them is web only. Payouts are connected in
the web app and nowhere else. The mobile app buys tickets, stores them and scans
them.
New in the app
The app got a full interface refresh. Two things to know before following any older guide:
- There is no Settings tab any more. The bottom bar is Explore, Tickets and Chat, with Search in its own bubble. Your profile is the avatar at the top right of Explore, and Settings sits behind the gear on that profile.
- The "+" moved to the top of Explore. It still opens the same Create page sheet.
Both are covered in Getting around the app.
